Founded on faith, the City of Hope began in 1913 with two tents pitched in the desert at the foot of the Sierre Madre Mountains. Through the years it has grown to a city, on seventy five beautifully landscaped acres, devoted to alleviating the suffering of those afflicted with catastrophic disease such as Cancer, Leukemia, Hodgkins Disease and Tuberculosis
