Summary: | This article charts the reception of Blaise Pascal's work in Dutch literature in the period 1800-2020, particularly his Pensées. Drawing on the work of Willem Bilderdijk, Rhijnvis Feith, Allard Pierson, C. Rijnsdorp, B.J. Gerretson, J.A.
