| Summary: | For a long time, telecommuting was an atypical and little-used form of work organization. But the health crisis has changed all that. The rise of telecommuting has led to a radical transformation of the professional landscape. Its impact on the health of teleworkers is both major and little-known. In particular, the psychosocial risks induced by this work organization are difficult to grasp. What's more, the law applicable to the protection of health in the workplace has not been adapted. All these circumstances call into question the need to create a common set of rules specific to telecommuting. Longtemps, le télétravail a constitué une forme atypique d’organisation du travail peu usitée. Mais la crise sanitaire a changé la donne. L'essor du télétravail a induit une transformation radicale du paysage professionnel. Ses incidences sur la santé des télétravailleurs sont à la fois majeures et peu connues. En particulier, les risques psychosociaux induits par cette organisation de travail sont difficilement saisissables. De plus, le droit applicable en matière de protection de la santé au travail n'a pas fait l'objet d'adaptations. Autant de circonstances qui interrogent sur la nécessité de créer un socle commun de règles propres au télétravail. |
