Description
Summary:A Latin Rite couple from another diocese, both baptized Catholics, will be celebrating their marriage in our Diocese according to the Latin Rite with a Latin Rite priest from our Diocese as a witness. The couple has requested that they celebrate their wedding in a Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church sui iuris, physicially located within the geographical boundaries of a Latin Rite Church in our Diocese. All the necessary approvals have been granted by the proper Ordinary and Eparch of the Ukrainian Catholic Church. The question that remains is where the marriage should be recorded and where any marriage preparation files should be kept.
