| Summary: | Taking canon 1564 CIC/83 as a starting point, the author shows that the questioning of victims of sexual abuse by ecclesiastical tribunals requires a specific expertise that takes into account the trauma of these individuals. He identifies a number of methods for questioning victims of sexual abuse and argues for an interdisciplinary approach between canonical penal law and other disciplines or professions. |
