Instead of conceiving the subject as an absolute criterion of truth, Christianity thinks of the relationship with God in terms of integration, encounter and communion, where otherness, history and freedom are assured and empowered. This is expressed in an unsurpassable way in Jesus Christ and in an attainable way in the lives of the saints. | ||
