The Italian agreements of 1984 will be taken as a reference, which can be considered the prototype of postconciliar conventiones. The purpose is not to provide a complete and detailed account of the regulation of the aforementioned sacred places but rather to identify the trend lines of concordat practice on the subject, highlighting its eventual evolution. |
