La Constitution apostolique est le moyen juridique par lequel les anglicans mécontents des récentes initiatives prises dans la Communion anglicane peuvent entrer collectivement en pleine communion avec Rome. Il prévoit l’érection d’ordinariats, une catégorie équivalente aux diocèses, mais qui n’est pas traitée dans le Code de Droit canonique latin de 1983. Cet article décrit les réponses à la constitution apostolique, de l’hostilité à l’accueil, évalue les dispositions de la constitution apostolique, en particulier celles qui mènent à bien l’intégration des fidèles dans l’Église latine et celles qui permettent le maintien des éléments de leurs anciennes traditions, et évalue la façon dont les lois des Églises anglicanes peuvent être utilisées soit pour empêcher, soit pour faciliter le départ de ceux qui souhaitent entrer dans un ordinariat. | ||
| 520 | |a The Apostolic Constitution Anglicanorum Coetibus represents the latest and maybe one of the most controversial developments in the relationship between Anglicanism and roman Catholicism. The Apostolic Constitution is the juridical means by which the Anglicans unhappy with recent initiatives taken in the Anglican Communion may enter collectively into full communion with Rome. It foresees the erection of ordinariats, a category equivalent to dioceses but which are not mentioned in the 1983 Latin Code of Canon law. This article describes the response to the Apostolic Constitution, the hostility to its reception, and evaluates the dispositions of the said constitution, in particular those which lead successfully the integration of the faithful in the Latin church and those ; which allow them keep elements of their ancient tradition, and judges the way that the laws of the Anglican church may be used either to hinder or make easier the departure of those who wish to enter an ordinariat. | ||
