Description
Summary:The word together in the process of ecclesial communion becomes a synodal journey the consecrated are called to follow as "experts in communion", with their gaze turned toward the Trinitarian Mystery. The Church is the People of God who engender communion in the discernment of the Spirit, according to the dynamic of synodality, as a circular movement of reciprocal exchange in which no one is independent of the other. Synodality permeates all aspects of consecrated life: the community that associates fraternally, practicing the spirituality of encountering others; the authority that animates the prophecy of relationship; training, which is the metanoia of vocation to the responsibility of the gift; the governing structures that express the organized functionality of sharing; the Chapters that promote revitalizing the charism of the Institute; the mission that translates the synergy of communion of the charisms in the Church.
