Description
Summary:Religion, populism, and media work in concert. The three together are greater than the sum of their parts. Yet, somehow, the interaction between these three elements remains surprisingly poorly understood. This afterword places this special issue on the Nordic countries into the wider context of populism in Europe. It then takes a step back to briefly consider why our knowledge of the media-religion-populism nexus is limited and what future research can do to set this right.
