Summary:The ms. Cambridge, Trinity College, O.2.34 (late 16th century) transmits, on ff. 460v and 478r, an act of the patriarchal chancery of Constantinople signed by a Patriarch Jeremiah, probably to be identified with Jeremiah II Tranos (†1595). The text has not been so far published or commented on. The present article provides an edition of this act, as well as a study of its contents, in order to contextualise the document in the management of the patriarchate’s current affairs during Jeremiah II’s second term (1580-1584).

Cambridge, Trinity College, O.2.34 (fin du 16e siècle) transmet, aux ff. 460v et 478r, un acte de la chancellerie patriarcale de Constantinople signé par le patriarche Jérémie, à identifier sans doute avec Jérémie II Tranos (†1595). Le texte n’a, jusqu’à présent, fait l’objet d’aucune publication ni du moindre commentaire. Le présent article fournit une édition de cet acte, ainsi qu’une étude de son contenu, afin de contextualiser le document dans la gestion des affaires courantes du patriarcat pendant le deuxième mandat de Jérémie II (1580-1584).
