Description
Summary:The paper aims at providing a critical edition, based on ms. Ang. gr. 43, of an unedited text on the eternal generation of the Logos written by the twelfth-century theologian Soterichos Panteugenos. Soterichos’ text also seems to transmit some fragments from Aetius of Antioch and Heraclianus of Chalcedon. The paper also includes an overall description and some other notes on Soterichos’ works and, in particular, about their relationship with Nicholas of Methone’s theological production.
