| Summary: | Starting from the observation that not much has been explicitly written about happiness in the Bible, the article undertakes to maintain that biblical beatitudes were born in view of the transformation, in the sense of manifestation, of the message of salvation in the message of happiness for men. The work focuses, even in the space of an essay, on the Old Testament and the theoria of salvation (yesa') that, considered in the fields of sorrounding cultures and religions, became, in Israel's thought, also the answer, the only authentic one, to give to the debated question of happiness. It's the conformation to the Tòrah and to its precepts that produces happiness for Israel: "Blessed is the man ...". Partendo dalla constatazione che non molto è stato scritto in maniera esplicita intorno alla felicità nella Bibbia, l'articolo s'impegna a sostenere che le beatitudini bibliche nacquero in vista della trasformazione, nel senso di manifestazione, del messaggio di salvezza in messaggio di felicità per gli uomini. Il lavoro si concentra, seppur nello spazio di un saggio, sull'Antico Testamento e sulla theoria della salvezza (yesa) che, considerata nell'ambito delle culture e religioni circostanti, divenne nel pensiero di Israele anche la risposta da dare, la sola autentica, nei riguardi dell'antica dibattuta questione della felicità. È la conformazione alla Tòrah e ai suoi precetti che produce per Israele la felicità: "Beato l'uomo ...". |
