| Summary: | Diante da mobilidade urbana aguda e do número crescente de fiéis pendulares, é expressamente importante que a paróquia não se feche em si mesma. Da propositio de mudança de paróquia decorrem duas causas. Por um lado, a ordenação do itinerário a ser posto em prática (promulgação da lei e implementação das fases de acompanhamento e discernimento, petição, avaliação e notificação ou execução); por outro, a elucidação das ações dos sujeitos envolvidos no itinerário (Bispo, pároco, fiel pendular). O ponto fundamental para a adscrição está na conjunção entre o critério objetivo que fundamenta a identificação do fiel pendular com a paróquia eleita e a sua intenção última de ser uma verdadeira comunidade eclesial. Uma vez adscrito, duplo são os benefícios adquiridos pelo fiel: pertença à paróquia eleita, aquisição de outro domicílio – domicilium legalis pastoralis – e obtenção de um novo pároco. O poder pastoral como serviço é a nota distintiva dessas ações realizadas para promover e facilitar a flexibilização do vínculo paroquial. In the face of acute urban mobility and the growing number of pendular faithful, it is expressly important that the parish does not close in on itself. The proposition to change parishes has two causes. On the one hand, the ordering of the itinerary to be put into practice (promulgation of the law and implementation of the phases of accompaniment and discernment, petition, evaluation and notification or execution); on the other, the elucidation of the actions of the subjects involved in the itinerary (bishop, pastor, pendular faithful). The fundamental point for adscription lies in the conjunction between the objective criterion that underlies the identification of the pendular faithful with the chosen parish and their ultimate intention to be a true ecclesial community. Once the faithful are enrolled, they receive two benefits: they belong to the chosen parish, they acquire another domicile - domicilium legalis pastoralis - and they obtain a new pastor. Pastoral power as service is the distinguishing mark of these actions carried out to promote and facilitate the relaxation of the parochial bond. |
