| Summary: | Dos vários efeitos oriundos da urbanização, especial interesse ocorre pelo movimento pendular ou pendularidade, fenômeno relacionado à crescente mobilidade dos indivíduos que, confrontado ao problema pastoral atual dos fiéis que optam por frequentar uma paróquia distinta daquela que lhe foi designada pelo Direito em virtude do seu domicílio, garante uma dupla novidade no âmbito eclesial: o fiel pendular e a paróquia eletiva. Em razão dos problemas surgentes e das limitações dos critérios territorial e pessoal em responder este novo fenômeno pastoral, arbitra-se uma propositio de mudança: por uma razão pessoal objetiva, o fiel poderá ser adscrito à paróquia por ele eleita. Para tanto, é fundamental a promulgação de uma lei particular para regulamentar tal matéria em âmbito diocesano, bem como a implementação de um itinerário para perscrutar esta razão pessoal e a intenção última resultante da escolha do fiel, o que permitirá uma correta tomada de decisão por parte da autoridade competente. Among various effects arising from urbanization, special interest occurs in the pendular movement or pendularity, a phenomenon related to the increasing people mobility, faced to the current pastoral problem of faithfuls that choose to attend a parish other than designated by law in virtue of their domicile, this guarantees a double novelty in the ecclesial sphere: the pendular faithful and the elective parish. In reason of the problems which arise and the of territorial and personal criteria limitations in responding to this new pastoral phenomenon, a proposal for change is arbitrated: by an objective personal reason the faithful may be assigned to the parish he has elected. For this, it’s fundamental the promulgation of a particular law to regulate this matter at the diocesan level, as well as the implementation of an itinerary to investigate this personal reason and the ultimate intention resulting from the faithful choice, which will allow correct decision making by the competent authority. |
