On December 8, 2015, Pope Francis carried out a reform in matrimonial procedural law. This reform sought to bring procedural law to an agility allowing for procedural celerity. The reforms now carried out simplify the applicability of nullity in very special circumstances, taking into account the good of spouses. It is now appropriate to review the matrimonial procedural typologies and the way in which they influence the introduction of the initial petition, or libel. |
