| Summary: | L'instituto della celebrazione segreta delle nozze, precedentemente codificato come Matrimonio di coscienza, ed ora come Matrimonio segreto, per quanto apparentemente desueto o semplicemente ipotesi degna di mera indagine accademica, presenta oggigiorno un rinnovato interesse, principalmente alla luce delle mai cessate situazioni di gravitá che interessano i fedeli cattolici latini e orientali. Dopo un breve excursus storico, alla disciplina che regge le Chiese Cattoliche Orientali ed alla codificazione di detto istututo nel loro Codice é dedicato questo studio. The institute if the secret celebration of the marriage, previously codified as Marriage of Conscience, and now as Secret Marriage, however seemingly obsolete or simply a hypothesis worthy of mere academic investigation, has today a renewed interest, mainly in the light of the never-ending serious conditions affecting the Latin and Eastern Catholic faithful. After a brief historical excursus, to the discipline of the Eastern Catholic Churches and the codification of this institute in their Codex is dedicated this study. |
