Les réformes de la vie communautaire du monde religieux suffiront-elles ? Une incroyable institutionnalisation de la vie consacrée ne l’a-t-elle pas sclérosée, tandis qu’elle se trouvait - comme les dernières émergences de cette forme de vie - aux prises avec le défi de l’espérance pascale ? Si tout est à refaire, tout est-il à jeter ? Au fond, les prémices d’une métamorphose de la vie consacrée n’annoncent-elles pas ce qui est espéré de toute l’Église ? The abuse crisis leads to a closer look at the future of consecrated life, after a century of aggiornamento of religious life and manifestations attributed to the Spirit in the so-called new communities. Will the reforms of community life in the religious world be enough? Hasn’t the incredible institutionalisation of consecrated life paralysed it, while it found itself - like the last emergences of this form of life - struggling with the challenge of Easter hope? If everything is to be remade, is everything to be thrown away? At the end of the day, do not the beginnings of a metamorphosis of consecrated life announce what is hoped for in the whole Church? |
