| 總結: | Este texto analisa as relações que se estabelecem entre religião e democracia na obra do filósofo francês Marcel Gauchet. Privilegiamos, de modo mais específico, os temas relacionados com a laicidade e com as transformações que a democracia moderna realizou na antiga matriz teológica, política e jurídica da sociedade. Seguimos aqui um roteiro que se desdobra em três partes distintas. Na primeira parte, procuramos delinear um breve panorama sobre a democracia, sobre suas origens e seus traços mais fundamentais como, por exemplo, aqueles que afirmam a ideia de liberdade e de igualdade. Na segunda parte, analisamos as relações entre religião e democracia no processo de formação da laicidade e na consequente separação estrutural entre política e religião. Na terceira e última parte, nós abordamos as atuações provenientes das exigências do sujeito moderno, que muda a ordem jurídica e realiza a passagem do direito divino para os direitos humanos. This text analyses some relations between religion and democracy in the works of French philosopher Marcel Gauchet. Our approach prioritises more specifically those issues related with laity and with the transformations which modern democracy worked upon the ancient theological, political and judicial matrix of the society. Guided by a theoretical scaffold divided in three parts, in the first part we looked to delineate a brief outlook on democracy, its origins and most fundamental traits as, for example, the ones affirming the idea of liberty and equality. In the second part, we analysed relations between religion and democracy in the process which gave us secularism and the consequent structural separation between politics and religion. In the third and last part we approached the acts derived from the demands of the modern subject, which changes the judicial order and accomplishes the shift from the Divine Law toward human rights. |
