Algo que en la sociedad moderna ha variado sustancialmente, confundiendo y reemplazando este don con la sabiduría humana, de tal modo que el juez encuentra ya hecha y fabricada en el texto de las leyes positivas, que desde este punto de vista pueden ser definidas como el acuerdo de los hombres reunidos en sociedad. La presente reflexión se impregna de elementos bíblicos y sobre todo jurídicos romanos para iluminar un presente judicial. The difficult and arduous task of knowing how to pronounce justice sinks its roots in divinity, who let the judge to get into the field of harmony and apply it to visible order. This has substantially varied in modern society, confusing and replacing this gift with human wisdom that judges found made and performed in positive law texts. This law texts could be defined from that point of view as the agreement of men gathered in society. The current reflection is imbued of biblical elements and also from de roman law, in order to light up a judicial present. |
