| Summary: | A 30 años de que Juan Pablo II firmara la Exhortación Apostólica Crhistifideles laici, se realiza un recorrido por el Código de 1983 para ver cómo se ha presentado el tema de los laicos en esta tarea fruto del Concilio Vaticano II. Se ubica el tema dentro de la nueva sistemática codicial, se establece el estatuto jurídico del laico y se procurara hacer una valoración de la recepción de la figura y misión del laico en el texto legislativo. Por último, se hace mención a algún debate abierto. Thirty years since Juan Pablo II signed the Apostolic exhortation Crhistifideles laici, this article analyses the 1983 code to see how the subject of the laity has been presented in this encoding fruit of Vatican II. The issue is located within the new system of the Code and the legal status of layman is settled. The author also makes an assessment of the reception of the figure and mission of the lay in the legislative text. The article finally faces some current open debates. |
