| Summary: | I see my task in providing a small overview of the concept of human rights and to show some trends in the implementation of the legal concept of rights and freedoms, primarily using the example of regulating freedom of conscience and religion. • The first part will discuss some key points in the formation of the legal concept and basic classifications of universal rights and freedoms, the place of freedom of conscience and religion in this system and trends in the development of legal protection of human rights at the present stage. • In the second part, find out what is the role of the state, national institutions for the protection of human rights, as well as individuals and associations in the process of implementing international standards. Свою задачу я вижу в том, чтобы дать небольшой обзор концепции прав человека и показать некоторые тенденции в реализации правовой концепции прав и свобод, прежде всего на примере регулирования свободы совести и религии. • В первой части речь пойдет о некоторых ключевых моментах в формировании правовой концепции и основных классификациях универсальных прав и свобод, месте свободы совести и религии в этой системе и о тенденциях в развитии правовой защиты прав человека на современном этапе. • Во второй части выясним, какова роль государства, национальных институтов защиты прав человека, а также отдельных лиц и объединений в процессе имплементации международных стандартов. |
