Description
Summary:The theological production of Ch. Theobald is driven by the awareness that the relationship of Christians with their own tradition has now changed. The crisis of the transmission of the faith, together with a greater sensitivity towards the transformations and ruptures of tradition itself, are making inroads into the Catholic conscience, for a long time guided rather by an imaginary of continuity. In this article some arguments of the Jesuit theologian are taken up and discussed, in order to highlight how the Christian tradition as an institution that thrives on heterogeneity to think and regulate.
