Description
Summary:This address takes up the key question of the identity of the national association, by focusing on collegiality as one of its core strengths. Collegiality finds expression in the association in a number of ways, including through the member’s directory, the journal, the annual conference, and the Women’s Caucus meeting at the conference. I use a series of reflections from my personal experience as a postgraduate member and later an academic member to provide examples of where collegiality works to best effect in the association.
