Collegiality finds expression in the association in a number of ways, including through the member’s directory, the journal, the annual conference, and the Women’s Caucus meeting at the conference. I use a series of reflections from my personal experience as a postgraduate member and later an academic member to provide examples of where collegiality works to best effect in the association. |
