| Sumario: | The research of 8th-century prophets from Latin American perspective has been markedby the approach given by Liberation Theology, this saw in the biblical text parameters toraise their voices against oppression. Latin American theology has not completely surpassedthat approach. The article recalls some reasons for the emergence and permanenceof the ideas of the Liberation Theology, as well as their approach to the prophets. Currentapproaches are also discussed, and parameters are given to continue the study of prophets. |
