Resumo: | grims' routes, and agricultural monasteries dotted the landscape. Around the Galilee, the Roman cities slowly became Christian (Akko-Ptolemais, Bet Shean-Scythopolis, and Susita-Hippos). The rest of the area was inhabited by Jewish villages. |
