Description
Summary:In the midst of world circumstances in which various forms of discrimination and exclusion of those treated as inferior are exploding on to the scene and there is an increasing call for an inclusive society, analysis of the narratives of women's racialisation forms a key task in the unmasking of racism and sexism in order to lay the foundations of a world in which there is a place for everyone. This contribution focuses on the systematic and intersectional character of sex and race discrimination, and on the threefold analysis required by the process of deconstructing sexist and racist narratives and putting us on the path towards alternative or transformative accounts.
