| Summary: | Greek inscriptions from Asia Minor (2nd century B.C. to 3rd century A.D.) offer opportunities for understanding the Psalms despite the great distance. No literary influences are to be assumed, but analogous life situations. While the texts of the Psalms can be changed by updating them, the unchangeable Asia Minor inscriptions show the original situation undistorted. The following are interesting for the understanding of the Psalms: more concrete naming of the human offence, illness as divine punishment, vows, consequences of reconciliation for the social environment, votive tablet or votive scroll, στηλογραφία and מכתם / מכתב. Griechische Inschriften aus Kleinasien (2. Jh. v. Chr. bis 3. Jh. n. Chr.) bieten trotz großem Abstand Chancen zum Verständnis der Psalmen. Es sind keine literarischen Beeinflussungen, sondern analoge Lebenssituationen anzunehmen. Während Psalmtexte durch Neuaktualisierungen veränderbar waren, zeigen die unveränderbaren kleinasiatischen Inschriften die ursprüngliche Situation unverstellt. Für das Verständnis der Psalmen sind interessant: Konkretere Nennung des menschlichen Vergehens, Erkrankung als göttliche Bestrafung, Gelübde, Folgen der Versöhnung für das gesellschaftliche Umfeld, Votivtafel bzw. Votivrolle, στηλογραφία und מכתם / מכתב. Les inscriptions grecques d’Asie mineure (IIe siècle av. J.-C. au IIIe siècle ap. J.-C.) donnent des possibilités de compréhension des Psaumes malgré la distance. Il ne faut pas postuler des influences littéraires, mais des situations de vie analogues. Alors que les textes des Psaumes ont pu être modifiés par de nouvelles mises à jour, les inscriptions d’Asie Mineure, non modifiables, montrent la situation d’origine sans la déformer. Les points intéressants pour la compréhension des Psaumes sont : la mention plus concrète de la faute humaine, la maladie comme punition divine, les vœux, les conséquences de la réconciliation pour le milieu social, la tablette votive ou le rôle votif, στηλογραφία et מכתם / מכתב. |
