At the very outset, I wish to register my apology to the readers, and members of the board for the delay in releasing the issue due to the obvious challenges the pandemic had thrown at us. Despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, the authors of the papers as well as the book review authors have done everything they could, to meet the deadlines. I, therefore, take this opportunity to thank all the authors of papers and the book reviewers for their excellent contributions to this Issue.
