Summary: | The aim was to subject the Dimensions of Religiosity Scale to principal-components analysis in order to investigate the proposed component structure among a sample of 656 paticipants in England. Four components were identified, preoccupation, guidance, conviction, and emotional involvement. A main finding, however, was that the factor structure of the DR Scale was a function of the number of people in the sample who were religious. |
