The reflection is oriented and based on texts written by Thomas Merton, José Casanova, and Vattimo. It was verified in this reflection the religious appeal and the attempt to incorporate concepts of Zen Buddhism in the practices of Western monasticism and Catholic Christian spirituality. From these results, one can find ways of understanding the process from an institutional state Christianity to a secular and intimate Christianity. | ||
