| Summary: | Lo studio considera un articolo del credo apostolico: descendit ad inferos. Rispetto a un affondo storico o esegetico, il suo taglio sistematico trae motivo dal fatto che il passo è divenuto oggetto di letture conflittuali al punto da evocare l’eterodossia, e proprio tra studiosi cattolici. L’autorevolezza del compendio della fede esige di verificare in cosa consista questa fase del dramma salvifico, appianando la polemica. Anziché chiedere cosa segue alla morte di Gesù, in una scansione cronologica, va domandato cosa consegue, in una scansione logica. La ricerca illustra così un nesso tra cristologia, soteriologia ed escatologia, che ritengo custodisca l’autentico valore dell’enunciato. This study considers an article of the Apostolic Creed: descendit ad inferos. Compared to an historical or exegetical perspective, the systematic outlook is taken from the fact that the passage has become the object of conflictual readings to the point of evoking heterodoxy, precisely among Catholic scholars. The authority of this compendium of the faith demands the verification of exactly in what the salvific drama consists, smoothing out the controversy. Instead of asking what follows the death of Jesus, in a chronological sense, one must ask what the effects are, in a logical framework. This research thus illustrates the connection between Christology, Soteriology and Eschatology, which the author retains protects the authentic value of the pronounced message. |
