| Summary: | The present article investigates how prophetic critiques of socio-economic injustice turned into a legal discourse in the process of the theologization of laws in the Covenant Code. The article argues that the initial formation and development of the notion of divine law depended heavily on the prophetic traditions denouncing socio-economic injustice, on both thematic and terminological levels, and that this process reflects the social and economic situation of the late eighth through the seventh centuries BCE. Der Artikel untersucht im Prozess der Theologisierung des Rechts im Bundesbuch, wie sich prophetische Kritiken sozioökonimischer Ungerechtigkeit in einen Rechtsdiskurs verwandelt haben. Es wird argumentiert, dass die ursprüngliche Entstehung und Entwicklung des Begriffs des göttlichen Rechts in hohem Maße von den prophetischen Traditionen abhing, in denen sozioökonomische Ungerechtigkeit angeprangert wurde, sowohl auf thematischer als auch auf begrifflicher Ebene, und dass dieser Prozess die soziale und wirtschaftliche Lage am Ende des achten und während des siebten Jahrhunderts v. Chr. widerspiegelt., Cet article étudie la façon dont des critiques prophétiques dénonçant l’injustice socio-économique se sont transformées en un discours légal dans le cadre du processus de théologisation des lois du Code de l’Alliance.
