| Summary: | The aim of the article is to illustrate the story of the Italian song “Bella Ciao” and the reasons that made this song out of Italy important for those who sing it and what it represents for peoples who have never known anti-fascism, focusing on why it is famous in Turkey. I will write about the folk’s origins of “Bella Ciao” and I will try to define in its musical characteristics. Further, will be illustrated “Bella Ciao” in musical Turkey’s scene. The purpose of the article is to highlight the causes of the popularity of this song in Turkey and why that song the meaning that this song has taken on in the Anatolian Country. I conclude my article with my observations focusing the meaning that the song “Bella Ciao” has assumed. |
