This monograph, in contrast to previous publications, addresses the individual Christian and the church leader directly. Nürnberger thus offers a short but eminently readable monograph seeking to improve the economic landscape of the average citizen rather than that of distinct social or political groups. To this end, various concepts such as income, poverty, deprivation, privilege and affluence are framed within a discussion around societal and historical observations pertaining to the current economy. Nürnberger wraps up his observations and suggestions with a commentary on Paul's view of socio-economic structures. | ||
