Sumario:The so-called ‘concordatarian marriage’ : freedom versus privilege. Some remarks on Court of Cassation, 2021 March 30, no. 9004 · The paper analyzes the general effects of the Court Cassation’s interpretation on the so-called “concordatarian marriage”. In this respect, it examines the evolution of the Court’s jurisprudence concerning the relationship between recognition of the civil effects of the declaration of nullity of canonical marriage, divorce ruling on concordatarian marriage and definition of the divorce allowance.
