What value must be conferred to the text so called « occidental » of the Acts of the Apostles, text best represented by the codex Bezae? In this instance the collation of the two Greek texts: Luke's authentic "short" version and the "occidental" long version, in the excerpt of the Acts, shows that it was the work of a knowledgeable author well versed in the best Greek language. It would be wrong to consider him as a mere glossator. | ||
