Résumé: | Respondents in a nationwide survey were asked to indicate whether or not family limitation was sinful according to the teaching of their church. Responses were composed to the use or non-use of family planning techniques. Findings suggest that, while Catholics are more likely than non-Catholics to interpret the teaching of their church as opposed to family limitation, the proportion who practice family planning is relatively similar, regardless of interpretation. |
