Summary: | This paper reflects on some of the previous papers' implications for church leaders. They indicate the importance of helping people who have experienced these changes as they struggle to cope with the changes that lie ahead. Thus, churches cannot rely on "business as usual" and the forms which were so effective in the fifties. They must forge new policies and programs to fit the eighties. |
