Summary: | P (Lev 1-16) and H (Lev 17-27) differ sharply in their organization. P's terminology is inflexibe and fixed into systems of rituals. H's terminology – many terms the same as P – is flexible and nonritualistic (but not "moral" – Klawans). Therefore H's terminology cannot be organized into systems. |
