| Summary: | The second attributive position of the Greek article (with repetition) is chosen to demonstrate the importance of a systematic preoccupation with the complex characteristics of Greek grammar for an appropriate assessment of biblical texts. This involves benefits for conclusions in the fields of textual criticism (Jude 17), for a careful judging of potential influences exercised by the syntactic constructions of other languages on the Greek of a specific text (Jude 17 and Hab 1:12), and for an adequate interpretation of a verse in its context (John 6:32). Pour juger convenablement des textes bibliques, il est important de ne jamais oublier la complexité de la grammaire grecque et de ses caractéristiques. Nous en donnons un exemple probant : la répétition « attributive » de l'article grec après un substantif. En critique textuelle (Jude 17), dans l'examen d'éventuelles influences de langues étrangères sur la syntaxe grecque d'un texte donné (Jude 17 et Hab 1, 12) et pour une interprétation adéquate, qui tienne compte du contexte, d'un verset biblique (Jn 6, 32), les décisions à prendre ne pourront que bénéficier d'un recours systématique à la grammaire grecque. |
