| Summary: | The following article offers a reflexion on the hermeneutical method applied in the first and the third antitheses of the Sermon on the Mount. These antitheses are found to be constructed along the lines of traditional rabbinical discourse, juxtaposing a Decalogue precept with its extra-Decalogue parallel(s). It is argued that the Sermon's exegesis corresponds here with one of two conflicting trends attested in the rabbinical sources. The implications for a fuller understanding of the object of the antitheses' polemics are underlined. Cet article propose une réflexion sur la méthode herméneutique appliquée à la première et à la troisième antithèses du Sermon sur la Montagne. Ces antithèses sont bâties selon le schéma rabbinique traditionnel, juxtaposant un précepte du Décalogue à ses parallèles hors Décalogue. L'exégèse du Sermon correspond ici à une des deux tendances contradictoires des sources rabbiniques. Les implications pour une meilleure compréhension de la polémique des antithèses sont soulignées. |
