| Summary: | Indications that the eschatological prophecy of Zech 14 was composed at a different time from the visions and oracles of chaps. 1-13 and that it is a unity warrant a particular study of this chapter and its relationship to the rest of the book. The author of the ending was conversant with the biblical tradition, notably the prophets Jeremiah and Ezekiel, and with the previous Zecharian prophecies. The present commentary shows in particular ways how the author consolidated a tradition, amplified, and departed from it. Il existe des indices que la prophétie eschatologique de Zach 14 fut composée à une autre époque que les visions et les oracles et qu'elle forme une unité. Une étude spéciale du chapitre et de sa relation au reste du livre est donc justifiée. L'auteur de cette conclusion était familier avec la tradition biblique, notamment avec les prophètes Jérémie et Ézéchiel, et avec les prophéties zachariennes antérieures. Le présent commentaire montre en particulier comment cet auteur a consolidé une tradition, l'a amplifiée, et s'en est écarté. |
