| Summary: | Looking at the order and the practice of Holy Baptism the author emphasizes very strongly the ‚effect‘ of being baptized. The reader will find several subjects which are relevant in the contemporary so-called remembrance of being baptized (‚Taufgedächtnis‘). The activity of God's Spirit, given and promised to everyone being baptized has been properly taken into consideration by his theological conception. Regarding these headlines the author investigates critically the Order of Holy Baptism of the Protestant Church of Baden, he questions the official confessions of the Church, and he points out consequences for the baptismal practice at all. |
