| Summary: | Spain, as a social and democratic state of law, is articulated with a public system of Social Services as a guarantee of the rights of all people regardless of their economic and social situation. This system establishes its objectives for vulnerable people and those in the process of exclusion through strategies based fundamentally on social policies for economic, labour and social inclusion. This article proposes a reflection on the objective of mercantilist inclusion and social utility, forgetting the first of the premises of an integral inclusion, which is based on empowerment as an individual. Clinical social work contemplates psycho-social intervention in a single intervention, in order to strengthen the vulnerable human being in the first place, so that he recovers his abilities to live integrated in society and be an active subject in social construction from his own power. The Welfare State must not only guarantee civil and social rights, but first of all, personal rights, which make each individual an active and not a passive protagonist. Is this really the current approach? España cono Estado social y democrático de Derecho, se articula con un sistema público de Servicios Sociales como garantía de los derechos de todas las personas al margen de su situación económica y social. Este, marca sus objetivos para las personas vulnerables y o en proceso de exclusión a través de estrategias de inclusión basadas fundamentalmente en políticas sociales de inclusión económica, laboral y social. Este artículo plantea una reflexión sobre el objetivo de inclusión mercantilista y de utilidad social, olvidando la primera de las premisas de una inclusión integral, que está basada en el empoderamiento como persona. El trabajo social clínico contempla la intervención psico-social en una única intervención, en aras a fortalecer en primer lugar al SER humano vulnerado, para que desde su propio poder recupere sus capacidades para vivir integrado en la sociedad y sea sujeto activo en la construcción social. El Estado de Bienestar no sólo ha de garantizar los derechos civiles y sociales, sino en primer lugar los personales, que hagan protagonista activa y no pasiva a cada persona. ¿Realmente este es el enfoque actual? |
