Summary:The third sector in Latin America and Spain has demonstrated by its rapid and effective response to all types of emergencies, as well as its capacity to adapt to the social circumstances of the moment. Third sector networks are structures that display good coordination and collaboration. COVID-19 has shown that it must continue to play a leading role in the defense of human rights and the promotion of values to build a just and egalitarian society.
El tercer sector en Latinoamérica y España se ha caracterizado por dar una respuesta rápida y eficaz ante todo tipo de emergencias, demostrando la capacidad de adaptación ante las circunstancias sociales del momento. Sus redes son estructuras que evidencian buena coordinación y colaboración. La COVID-19 ha demostrado que deben continuar jugando un papel protagonista en la defensa de los derechos humanos, y en la promoción de valores para construir una sociedad justa e igualitaria.
