| Summary: | This paper is a critical review of the foundations of the mainstream Anglo-Saxon economic thought during the welfare state economy, and its incapacity to offer a humanistic approach for digital economies due to the lack of a real economic philosophy to support it. Revelations are made about economic interventionism and its macroeconomic and econometric conceptual failures. The paper proposes the new approaches of wellbeing economics, as the final stages of digital economy, including entrepreneurship, technological improvement, talent and happiness management (including phenomena like CSR 3.0, emotional salary, organization climate and satisfaction, motivation, gamification, etc.). Estudio de revisión crítica de los fundamentos del dominante pensamiento económico anglosajón durante la economía de bienestar estatal, y su incapacidad para afrontar de manera humanista la economía digital por falta de una auténtica filosofía económica de sustento. Se realizan revelaciones sobre el intervencionismo económico y sus fallos conceptuales macroeconómicos y econométricos, a la vez que se exponen los novedosos planteamientos de la economía de bienestar personal, como ulterior estadio de la economía digital, que comprende emprendimiento, intensificación tecnológica y gestión de la felicidad y talento (con manifestaciones como RSC 3.0, salario emocional, clima laboral y satisfacción, motivación, gamificación, etc.). |
