In its development, the Order of St. Benedict has played a leading role, in continuity with its historical contributions. The first work of the Order in Spain after its restoration was the construction of the church of the monastery of La Ascensión, the Spanish Benedictine work that is most faithful to the Second Vatican reform and to the renewal of the fine arts in the service of liturgy, whose constructive process we study. | ||
