El autor analiza el papel que pueden desempeñar la calidad y la innovación en las organizaciones prestadoras de Servicios Sociales y en el contexto actual de fuerte crisis financiera y económica. Seguidamente analiza algunasde las dificultades más habituales que pueden encontrarse a la hora de desplegar sistemas de gestión de la calidad y de la innovación, apuntando de forma muy breve y resumida algunas ideas, vías y estrategias de abordaje de dichas dificultades. |
