| 總結: | The objective of the paper is to describe the therpeutic change in E. Gendlin’s Experiential Psychotherapy. Therefore we firstly explain the conceptual frame and the evolution of the mentioned therapeutic line. The aim of the second part consists in analyzing the roots of the therapeutic change taking into consideration Gendlin’s alignment and putting the subject under investigation in the context of the current and innovating contributions of bodily psychotherapy. Afterwards we’ll illustrate Gendlin’s concept of body. Finally we analyze the characteristics of that therapeutic change focusing on its content, the ways of assisting (supporting) and observing it, its expressions and measurement. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar cómo se maneja el cambio terapéutico desde la Psicoterapia Experiencial de E. Gendlin. Para ello presentamos en primer lugar cuál es el marco conceptual y el desarrollo evolutivo de esta orientación terapéutica. En la segunda parte el objeto de nuestro estudio será el analizar de qué está hecho el cambio terapéutico desde la orientación de Gendlin. Para ello encuadramos en primer lugar lo que vamos a exponer dentro de las nuevas aportaciones de las psicoterapias corporales hoy. A continuación exponemos la concepción del cuerpo que tiene Gendlin. Finalmente analizamos cuáles son las características de este cambio terapéutico incidiendo, más específicamente, en qué consiste dicho cambio, cómo se facilita, cómo se expresa, cómo se observa y cómo se mide. |
